Yes, it is ironic that I hear a member say that after so many opposed me on locking a thread showing nipples. In the very beginning, I wanted the board to be a good clean place for everyone no matter how old they were.

However, later I realized that wasn't my call to make. How the board is run is no concern of mine these days. I am glad that I am not a mod anymore just as many of you are.

Ya know, you may or may not remember, S4, but the last time you left, just before you got banned, I tried to stand up for you. Now, I'm not sure why. We all know now that you wouldn't run the board that way that Sam, fury, and Gonz do. Ok? Can you give it a rest?
 
I have no interest in running this site or any other. If I wanted to run a site, I would start my own which I could probably do.

Why start threads like this one if you don't want to invite people to comment? I seem to remember that you might have been the one thanking the mods for pointing out any other nickname that I was using when they were banning me every time I tried to say something. You said you wanted to be sure to ignore me. That's a big part of the reason that I didn't sign up for the cpu site that Internet.com started.

You are correct. It is time to let it go, so why point out that you don't want your own kid looking at the site? For what it's worth, I like the site much better now than I did back then. Since the Science and Art forum was added, I find that the board has things that I am interested in.
 
now, let's leave the topic 's4' alone for a change, and get back to the point...

i don't really care if he reads the stuff we're posting here, it's his own choice to visit this place...
and we're not going to explain things to him that are clear to us, at least i'm not. there is a large age difference between him and the most of us, and an even greater difference at intellectual level. if he can't cope with that, then it's not my task to change that...

I see no problem with kids visiting this board, there are far worse things outside in the city than the things they could read in here.

How did you pick that out of there?? Besides, I bet that you aren't half as intellegent as lets say someone who is 30 here (on average). There's also a degree of wisdom that denotes to intellegencec that you at your age, could never have. Nothing personal, of course :)

no just a parent. as i have mentioned on otber threads noone can really tell a parent how to parent. altrons parents are different from you and your wife. remember that.

Nha, he's only 13, unless if he was brought up by Monks or in a library, I doubt it could be that high, more like Int 14 ;)

But I guess if he's got enough CHA, he could try and fool us into thinking he's got INT 18, unless we get a saving throw....
