Yea M$ is trying out some new software called three degrees. doesn't look too bad but you need XP with SP1 otherwise you can't use it. and I am one of thoes people.

What does it do? At first glance it looks like an MP3 player.

Its a IM program, allows you to stream music and pics to people in a chat room. i don't know about the other features.

Microsoft has somehow the idea that the main computer user loves window styles made for 6yr olds....
it's pathetic, especially for the professional high end user. in XP they offered to disable the resource hogging themes, but i think that they'll cancel that as well in the near future with upcoming software.
Office XP for instance is crappy as hell: it has nearly no benefit compared to Office 2000, but uses a lot more resources and forces you to use those themes....

It acts like a shell for the MSN Messanger...but when you install it you get IPv6 stuff too....wicked
