yea, somethings wrong there man, what volts are you running that DDR? DDR memory is pretty intolerant to high voltages.

The 1800+ I mentioned before (full infor can be found here) will be using Samsung PC2700 CL2.5 :headbang:
 
come to think of it, my friend did have a problem with samsung being unstable at the rated settings in his PIV rig, and it did eventually bite it. Corsair and Micron worked fine.
