Outgoing speed is now 640 Kbps, or 80 kb/s.

Nice of the cable company eh?

my upload speed is 512k, but sometimes its clser to 650 at times, as i said before, your internal network speed is irrelevant, as its just your LAN, 2gb in 20mins is a bit slow.
