well in that area, in the olympic park, we have the biodome, the olympic pool and other activities, maybe put is something fun for kids and families, mayeb fix it so it won't fall pull out the seats and make a huge indoor park with slides and monkey bars and ballpits etc. so in the middle of winter kids can play without getting frostbite
