Bish, that little excerpt copy of the twin's birth certificate (if it is even their's) is blurry. But it does appear to show kerning. I do not know where you got that pic from but it seems someone is distorting it at worse or misrepresenting it at best. A clear pic of the twin's certificate is compared to Obama's and the twin's does not show the ty overlapping (kerning). It appears you have not checked out the vid.
