Regardless of whether it is sunny or not, it is still dangerous because of the ozone hole. You don't need clear blue skies to get sunburnt.

yah I know that much. I was just setting the record off-topic :winkkiss:

Your fellow countrywoman, BoP, seemed to pick up on my reference right away.

Oh, point being  I wasn't attacking you, I was just pointing out the obvious generalisation made by foreigners about this country, didn't have much to do with whatever you meant.

I got the ref too, Inks. I just chose to take it in the other direction...because, obviously it could easily be read either way, and you didn't specify which.

20 odd years living under the gaping bloody hole in the ozone layer and you'd think I would know one or two things about sunscreen ;)

What makes O3

sunlight

what does the South Pole lack

sunlight

if you have a lack of ozone

if you have a low incidence of sunlight

from whence does the increase in sunburn come?

from the Liberal global environmentalist wackos of course.

I am looking for advice.

I am thinking of turning over a new leaf.
One of happiness, blue sky's and rose colored
glasses. A thread @ PiL that mentioned me as
well as Gonz and RM has made me see the error
of my ways...

but for now...

IDE this ain't Travelocity and I ain't the roaming gnome!

all I can suggest is a last minute club type thing...my grandparents swear by it - but you gotta be flexible.

Seriously...how old are you?

but for now...

Stop being a internet drama queen and reading threads by people who dislike you or even giving a damn what people, who have never spent a day with you, say about you. You like yourself? If yes then woop di do...open a beer and laugh at the negativity.....just stop perpetuating the asshole sterotype at every chance you get. I did it enough and OTC was nice enough to accompany me still...have the same courtesy and stop being a vociferous tard, we get it, you have opinions.

IDE this ain't Travelocity and I ain't the roaming gnome!

...and I am not interested in vitriol

What the hell? That is $1000 less than a U.S round trip ticket.

haha funneeeeeeeeeeee

I dunno? I searched Toronto to Auckland on RM's site and that was the first to pop up. Might maybe consider a different departure point over a different landing point.
