The city legally sells land it has every right to sell. Now as much as I'm all for green growing things amid the concrete jungle, it's time to pack it in and vamoose.

Not one, or some combination of them, can buy that land & donate it?

Nah... L.A. is filled with poor people. Where are they going to get all that money?

I can just picture them sitting in their 25million$ houses on their 30acre properties just crying over this story, just before switching channels on their 100" plasma TVs.
