Think about it this way, Mitchshaft. Those questions get hauled into court. Do you really want to entrust your future to a court? Best not to chance it.
 
I've thought about it that way. Maybe we need to review the Federal law regarding child porn. I find it hard to believe that taking a pic of my 6 month old in the bathtub as being porn. I'll do some research on state and Federal law and bring back my findings.
 
It isn't. If you focus on a questionable area, it might get you in trouble. If you publish it for money, it might get you in trouble. Sharing it with family and friends is acceptable.
 
Exactly. I found nothing in my state law about it except when it comes to employment. Or an obvious act of sex dealing with the genitalia. I'm having trouble researching Federal law.

Besides, I presumed Gonzo was being facetious with his comment. Luis took it out of context I think. And nowhere in otcentral's AUP does it say anything about posting pics of your child in a bathtub.
