When you have a threat & you discuss it, why is it fear? If nothing was said, the outcry would become "why weren't we told".

Politics of Fact:

If elected the dems will repeal the Patriot Act, and block the NSA from listening for incoming and outgoing terrorists' communications.

edit: besides, GW will still be the prez. Even if the Dems get both the senate and the house, not much will change. A split between the leg. and exec. branches is probably what's best for the USandA.

When the Dems have promised to stop financing the war on terror & the Dems previous tactics have emboldened the terrorists to go as far as they have & the Dems taught them to use our media against us, that's not too far fetched. A little hyperbole, but closer than is comfortable.

It will be everyones gain. Instead of wasting our tax money killing Iraqi locals we'll actually focus on terrorism and security instead of increasing the number of terrorists and making us less safe like the republicans have.

The whole point of learning is to find an answer or to have enough knowledge to form an opinion based on the current model. Just as soon as the things I believe in are proven invalid, my opinion will change. Until them, fuck it, they're right.
