OTC BBQ pics 2006

I have a small one. We'll need the oil - a good amount of it.

Frankly, I've always found it easier to pan fry. However, if we need it, I'll dig it out.

If we go this route, we need to figure out who's bringing how much of what - I need to know how much fish to buy.
 
I'll bring a small stovetop setup, it will be smaller batches 20-30 wings at a time. just need the oil. (dont wanna transport that in the car):)
 
Cool, but I would almost wager it is a moot point. I am sure he can't eat the sauce...but maybe he could have some plain.
 
ok.. Authentic Buffalo wing sauce is..........*Drumroll*
Butter & Frank's Hot Sauce
(hot sauce ingrediance- aged cayenne red peppers, vinegar, water, salt and garlic powder)
