The idea behind our justice system is rather 10 guilty go free than one innocent convicted. It isnt always followed.

No. It is based in the European one and in Common Law. They should be respected and whatnot but it is our law system. They have their own and it should be theirs and we should not dictate theirs

So you liked him, too? :eek: I just like his stance on personal responsibility...a sure way to get tossed out of office is to suggest that people should be responsiblefor their own actions, though. I didn't think that NZ had fallen into the trap of "it's always someone/thing elses fault", though. :(
