Yes, however, he jumped the gun. Whether or not they are innocent I do not know.
A good list to of gone by were those who recently voted to make the Patriot Act permanent. Now these people are not innocent. Whether or not they deserve death is another matter.

As Media Matters reported, the conspiratorial host had mentioned (read: attacked) the little-known progressive organization nearly 30 times on his Fox program alone since it premiered in 2009, including several mentions in the last month. (Beck's the only TV talker who regularly references the foundation, according to our Nexis searches.)

Beck is a Rush Limbaugh wannabee. He's just another media entertainer looking for attention. I don't consider anything he or Rush Limbaugh say to be solidly founded in fact. It's nothing more than shock radio, like Jerry Springer on talk radio. So, yes... just another loser looking for attention.
