Christmas also has an affect I'm sure, it can either be a big cheer up or a big downer, all depends on how things go for you, if something doesn't work out, Christmas seems to just make it more painful, but if things do work out well, Chrismas makes it that much more joyful. BTW, there's Christmas decorations up on one house on my block already... *checks calendar* WTF?

No sunlight, low vitamin...sadness :(

My sister has her on supplments and I've got 'true light' bulbs to help lower the effects.
This I did not know....about the vitamin D deficiency...will have to try and see if it works.... :D
