Say it ain't so...

During closing arguments earlier Wednesday, defense attorney Jeffrey Kaufman — who also moonlights as Tigger (search) and Goofy at Walt Disney World — first strapped on Tigger's tail and then put on a neck cloth, the enormous orange-and-black striped head, and two large orange mitts to show jurors how the costume limits peripheral vision and arm movements.

ummm, I think this guy needs a closer looking at . :alienhuh:

The defense seemed to center around the allegation that you can't see or feel where your hands (paws?) are when you're in that bulky suit. The suit actually went into the jury room during deliberations so the jurors could check it out.

Maybe it was valid?

Well, I suppose the only way to be sure it to rent yourself a tigger costume...

I can see it now...

Me..."Babe. I just rented this, and would like to try something..."
Fiancee..."Did your mother drop you on the head when you were a baby?"
Me..."Ouch!"...
