They did. They found 2 very small blood spots in different parts of the house.
They were his blood.
So they just concluded that he musta dun-it outside the house, or somethin'.
Like, say, on the boat?

So? It's a technique that was utilised well before the popularity of crap shows like CSI.

But, unlike on CSI, there are actually some very good ways to remove blood that luminol won't show. In fact, there are several companies about that specialize in cleaning up crime sceens, so that people can go back to living and working in that area.

Fry his ass tomorrow and save the taxpayers some money. Or get out from in front of the switch and let me do it. I'd throw the switch on him in a heartbeat...as soon as I stopped applauding and laughing, that is.

I hope you are joking. I doubt you are.

SnP,
Why even wait the day? I figure that a good dose of Saudi justice would do well in this instance. They haul them right out back right after the verdict and give them a haircut to the collarbone with a scimitar.

In order to be effective, that should be done outside of the nearest Wal-Mart. Have the executioner read the verdict and the penalty, and then give the condemned 2 minutes to say his last words. After that, the guillotine would be a better instrument. Set it up in the back of a pickup truck for quick setup and retreival...

ALright, here's the plan....Charlie, you cover the Hills & Encino, Mark & Lyle-Beverly Hills, OJ, you get the gold courses & Ford dealerships & I'll cover the malls & marina's.

Los Angeles defense lawyer Mark Geragos has set up a Web site seeking financial assistance in the continued search for the real killer.

"We believe Scott Peterson has been unjustly convicted. This site will continue to monitor the happenings in this case until justice is finally served," the site reads. "With your support, you can help us continue to investigate the murders of Laci and Conner Peterson so that we can free the man we know is innocent."

I wonder when he gets his appeal, if he's acquitted, how many people will back
up and say they were wrong, or apologize?

I'm betting not one.

I guess you could always say "eh, he atleast was an asshole anyway"

Being an asshole won't put you on death row.

Being a wife and unborn baby murdering asshole should and did.

He's already outlived his usefulness. Anybody got a boat I can borrow for a couple hours? Me and Scott need to take a little fishing trip...

Good. Kill his sorry ass before supper tonite. Why wait? Just strap him down somewhere and let the general public beat the living hell out of him until he dies, then scrape his carcas up in a few days and pitch it in a landfill somewhere for the buzzards to pick. Even that's more humane treatment than he deserves, but it's the best we can get away with.

This is California here. If he really is executed, it will probably be in 2030 or so, and by a swift, relatively painless means such as lethal injection.

yep.
What I'm hearing is that it take 50 years with the current appeals process there.
Hell we may be rocketing them to another planet to live out the rest of their life on by then.
