Much like the EU. You get issued a European passport, and use the euro, and so forth.

The UK is part of the EU and they don't use euros.....

Right. LL, look at your world map... if they're different colors, they're different countries.

So I'm also a citizen of Tunisia, Laos, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Ecuador and maybe Spain and Madagascar (it's tough to tell for sure)!

Excuse me, a friend of mine has dual citizenship with Canada and England. He has a passport and on the front of it says:

European Union Passport

Yep - so do mine. (I have two! They also have a harp on the front, but that doesn't mean I can play one...)

But he has dual citizenship with Canada and England. Not Canada and the EU.

If the EU was all one country then I could travel to Greece from home without having to show my passport.

But oops! I cain't!!

And believe me, my job would be a loooot easier if that were the case.
