So far, so good. Couldn't manage the rest of the rings, and the burger's sitting like lead shot in my guts. But it's staying there.
 
You should still get/keep your vitanim C levels up.
Orange juice or pills. You need to have 2000mg a day.
 
Why not? Are you suggesting that a fine restaurant like A&W would serve less than the minimum daily allowance of vitamins and minerals in a meal? How shocking.

Naw, the way to kill a stomach ailment is to starve it. Then when the pipes are dry, slowly reintroduce food. Greasy, good smelling food. It's just a matter of holding out until the sucker's starved out. Vitimins are just something made up to keep farmers in business. And to convince people that spinach is edible.
 
Well, I went pizza. Half a large. This morning, I managed the usual 100 pushups and situps. Breakfast was the other half. I declare myself 100%.
 
and now I have a horrible awful summer cold complete with fever, and the temps gone from 30's and 40's to a shocking 10 last night.

I am FREEZING!
