signature issues

Okay, I'd like to know what the guidelines are for a sig. No offensive material, no porn, etc, I understand. But why did my sig get edited? :alienhuh: All it had were some lyrics from "give my love to rose", and a farewell to a long posting member. I'm not the only one who has had their sig edited either. The said member left a farewell in HER sig, which is to be expected. She has posted her a long time, be sorta nice to let people know that she has moved on, you'd think. :alienhuh:

Also, editing a sig, and NOT telling the members WHY the sig is being edited sorta defeats the purpose donit? Other forums I post on (and I know that you know that I post on a lot) ALWAYS alert the member in question as to why their sig was not suitable, rather than deleting them on sight.

Okay, then I am putting out a request for the administrative powers who deleted my signature to at least have the decency to tell me why my sig got deleted, so I can at least avoid doing the same mistake twice. :retard:
 
Did you change it & possibly forget to "save changes"? It's easy to do.

Odd. I don't even have signature options anymore. Is there a reason this "priviledge" has been taken away from me or that my previous signature has been deleted TWICE? Without notification? Have I done something horrible to be banned?

Okay, whatever. I don't really care that much. :shrug: If'n noone wants to tell me why the sig was deleted, it's no skin off my nose. I just wanted to clear the air, but apparently it ain't gonna happen. :shrug:

Luis, I didn't see it, so maybe it was my cache. I don't know. I'll try putting it back.
 
er...did you happen to consider that the one who may or may not have done this is may not be online right now?

:rolleyes: Actually, I kinda figured that all administrative decisions were discussed beforehand, so that everyone was in the know. Especially with issues such as banning, and sig deletion. :shrug:

Incidentally, WHY is rose banned?

WTF did I do? I've been trolling? Please do point that out, I'd love to know. I've done nothing wrong here. I've politely requested to Sam to be removed from the contributor's list and I've said "adios" in my signature to let the people I've come to know the past year or two that I'll not be around much anymore.

People come and go from this website all the time. My leaving isn't a first. And I'm certain it won't be the last.

Please do tell me where I've been "trolling" and exactly what "trolling" is. Other than an MSN title from earlier today after noticing my sig had been deleted, twice, I've done nothing wrong.

Just because you have a personal problem with me, Leslie, doesn't mean you can abuse your administrative powers. Or, maybe it does. Maybe that is the problem with this site.

Apparently my leaving is justified at this point.

Rose, I haven't done shit here. Remember, assume makes an ass out of you and m...well no, just you. I've been spending today enjoying my son's birthday party with him, and just nipped online for a moment while they're playing in the basement to find this. So...you can freaking well wait until the one who has done something gets here to speak, or have a tantrum and not. Waddever :shrug:
 
apparently you know why I was banned, regardless of which admin actually clicked the button. Yet you don't have the gall to post it here? Perhaps a pm would be in order, that is if I still have pm access. I've not received a word from any of the OTC staff regarding this issue, why I was banned or "sort of banned", nor given a warning for the alleged "trolling" behavours I seem to have been doing recently.

I'm no admin, but you're certainly not banned.
And I'm always invisible so people can not know wether I'm watching or not.

Then I must be "sorta banned" because I sure as hell am not in the regular member group. I cannot use an avatar. I cannot use a signature. I cannot edit my own posts. I cannot change my profile. I cannot see who's online.

Someone did something to my account in the administrative team and has yet to say anything about it.
