The one that gets me happened in the last War on Iraq...

An American M1A1 was firing on an Iraqi tank...but they were too close for the shell to arm (not enough rotations). the shell went through the Iraqi tank, continued on another mile or so and hit another American M1A1 tank, causing minor damage.

Hey...at least there aren't any Canadians out there...lord knows we look so much like the enemy, we might've gotten bomed again.
