I'm not being pessimistic...just more realistic than Winky. You can't predict a boom in the market without looking at all the economic indicators. A steady progression...that I can see easily, but a boom, with a capital B ?

An economic model should represent all the members of society regardless of class. I am posting that article to show that the often ignored "lower classes" should be considered.
