probably. have to be with a licensed driver over a certain age. can only be on the road during certain hours, etc, etc, etc....

We have a provisional licence for when you are learning then once you pass your test you get your full licence. 6 points in the first 3 years and it is revoked but otherwise it is your own and there are no restrictions.

Now if your in Northern Ireland then you can only drive a max of 50 mile from your house but we dont have anything like that here. Good job too coz I keep turning up randomly in different parts of the country including the scottish highlands and cornwall (down south - the bit that sticks out)
