I still had 2 years to go for my BA
I was a single girl who loved to party
I was living with my best friend since the 7th grade and two guys
I didn't have the privilege of meeting nalani yet
I didn't join Halau o Kekuhi yet
I wasn't working for The Family
I couldn't even fathom that I would have a wonderful daughter

There was no meaning in my life.
A lot can happen in 6 years

20 ... let's see ... it was 1988 ...

I just started managing multimillion dollar condominiums on the "Gold Coast" (west side)
No college degree, not married yet, and making upwards of $25,000 annually
I had only one child
I didn't know ku'u yet ... I don't even know if she was born then
I had a killer 87 Nissan Sentra - clamped the front springs and installed a state of the art stereo system

Even with all that ... life is so much better in my 30's
