And just how in the hell was I supposed to even think that possible from this? It seems pretty clear to me. Being as this is the first time I have ever been banned from anything, (save a couple football boards where if you disagree at all you get banned and all the mods are ban happy) I just took the situation at face value.
 
You spent how many years here from the outset and you really thought that you'd be cut loose with no recourse? C'mon, pull the other one. All bans are subject to review. Jays, how many times did SB make a comeback? Or Krusty? Whoreable? Hell, if you read anything, you read that I redeemed Altron, and was working on getting LL back. LL, fer Christ's sake. I had the votes to get him back, if I could find him. Might have cost me a few concessions, but I could have swung it. You've been outed so many times it's beyond joke status. Your reinstatement was passed long since, as evidenced that RJ wasn't banned from the outset. As you said, you didn't change anything about your posting style.

As for fusing the users ... As I recall, username changes were $5 by paypal. As this would involve technically 2 username changes, I expect a Private Message to Fluffy with the pertinent financial information would put that to bed in short order.

Either way, it's good to finally have you back.
 
I will do that. I am short of funds now, but I am the area's best freelance computer geek, mostly because I am honest and I also teach people. In fact I wrote an XP and Vista tutorial on running free cleaning programs. Who else does that? I'm cheaper and I'm better, so work will come, just no predicting it.

To be honest Prof, you have to remember how "on and off" I was. I really didn't see a lot of the BS you are talking about. I was probably on a hiatus. Contrary to popular belief that whole meth episode was only about a year and a half in 2005-2006. But before that I would come around, post a bit, then disappear for months. So I really didn't know about all these other folks so much.
 
oh, in the spirit of more disclosure...
I have had my bouts with many chemicals, and such, also.

Krusty and Whoreable, I know. Ditto for SB, but LL?
 
Redeeming him would have been my crowning achievement. I had to lean a bit heavy and call in a few favours for Altron, but LL would have taken more than getting you in at the Shang, Bish. At the time, tho ... I had that kind of swing.

I get the feeling that Jeslek wouldn't have accepted even if you're cleared the path for him.

Frankly, I'd rather you work on getting Greenie back, or Unc/Tonks.
 
Yeah...you'd have about as much luck getting them back here as I would getting Squigs or MsAnn back.
 
You were 13 at the time. I expect you'd see a different side of them today.



As I recall, I cut you off pretty sharply a time or two myself back then.
 
I flip a lot of people shit, but I rarely have ever meant any of it personally. Whenever I did it was only in the heat of the moment.
