I have my IE options set to "delete all temporary files on exit" and History is set to 0. If they wanna trace where I've been they'll have to use other methods.

One more thing to do... Tools/Internet Options/Content/Auto Complete. Clear the history there and turn it off for web pages and passwords if it's enabled.

Actually found that tip from a link posted by someone here on IE tips and tricks. There were a lot of things in there that were very useful!

i rarely clear the history lately...i'm the only one who can get behind this computer

great when working at an internet helpdesk...sometimes people called and we're trying to know how to clear the history, avoiding the subject 'porn'..

so after a few minutes i just asked "sir, have you been watching porn and don't want your wife to find out?"

then it was always really quiet for a few seconds on the other line...and they either admit they did or just hung up
