About how many windows do you have open? Sometimes if you have a shitload of windows open (no matter how much RAM you have) your system will start exhibiting odd behavior.
 
Only three browser windows. But it does it with just one window open as well when everything else is closed. It doesn't bother me i just find it a strange phenomena.
 
This is Netscape. Don't have Mozilla installed yet since a fresh format.Can't remember if it did this in Mozilla.
 
hex havent seen that on any of my systems , looks like a font issue with NS.
hey food for thought on the downloads you were doing at the time of capture then you blacked out file and size. you may want to look at the title bar of those. cause i want the top one. :D
 
And unless that bottom one is the 2nd, I wouldn't bother, it wasn't that good.
