My mom, dad, sisters, brother, granny, friends - especially my best friend (and for some reason I always love her more when I'm drunk as a skunk).
 
My kids, my fiance and my kitten.
I say I love you to my closest friends... otherwise it depends on how smashed I am.... hehe.. :D

Yea,

She put a video camera in my bathroom and now she is refusing to borrow The Gunslinger from me when Im finished reading it for some strange reason..... (or any of my reading materials) :D

Actually, I think the most important person to tell that you love them is yourself because how can we really love someone else if we don't love ourselves... I need to take my own advice... :)
