Yup...if I've used the ";)" emoticon.......I've actually caught meself winking at the screen before :blush: ....... and once while on the telephone that I can remember :retard:

The :brow: has come to mind a few times ,I just hope I never actually do it .I've made :eek6: even before coming to OTC so its not an internet thing ,its a stupid customer thing.
