Dating a friend's ex girlfriend... Advisable? Any exerience? I don't... and I could use some advice.
 
It depends on how long they've been split up. If it's a fresh break up, don't do it. If it's old news, it might be alright.

Has she dated anyone else since they broke up? If so, how did he react?

Of course, if she's someone you really like and you don't mind losing your friend over her, fuck it. Go for it.
 
Were they together long is the real question or did they care about one another. If they were at all close then because of that relationship they'll always have a bond that could interfear with your friendship. Genrally a good idea to keep away.

I don't think they had sex... They were only together 2 months or so and neither are the "fuck buddies" type.
 
well, if it's bothering you, ask what your friend has to say on it...and then make your decision...

imo love isn't bound to previous relationships, and you'll have to decide whether she's worth it or not :)
