UGH!

It doesn't pay to be an EMT in Georgia anymore. It used to be a great field with awesome medical, overtime, and company paid transitions into paramedic and whatnot... but no longer. The stuff went into a mode of cost cutting at all costs... which made the whole thing go to hell. You pray a fireman gets to you first before an ambulace these days. At least the fireman is paid and trained well.
 
I'm really thinking that EMT is for me... there's a website I went to for it and it's all about how you have to have guts and have badass in your blood and all that...

I really don't know where to start though... who do I call who do I talk to... idk...
 
Your local community college probaly has a class, or will hook you up with someone who has a class, in basic emergency medicine.
