I may be wrong, but isn't this the first time in history that a presidential candidate campaigned overseas to foreign audiences?
 
That's because he's gonna need Euro-socialists to elect him. The more Americans learn, the lower his numbers go.

Obama wants to reassure Americans he's ready to be PoTUS by conducting a week long traveling global circus show.

He wants to show how the German and British citizens prefer him over McCain---in the same way they preferred Kerry over Bush four years ago.

He wants to show that by saying "I know my country has not perfected itself" and "We've made our share of mistakes" to crowds in Europe he can restore America's image abroad, and once again we will be loved worldwide. :rolleyes:

Barack Obama finally played the Palace, or at least the Tiergarten, and he left a lot of promises in his wake. He'll get Christians, Muslims and Jews to hit the sawdust trail together, to repent their sins and suspicions and remake the world. He'll tear down walls between nations, between races, tribes and immigrants; between East and West, between the haves and the have-nots.

i've never actually seen the dead vote, but i'm aware of the voter fraud issues that have occurred there.

Then tell us, what reason could an American Presidential Candidate have for going to Europe to give speeches before crowds gathered for a music concert? He didn't even say merci beaucoup.

Another thing...the soldiers he was gonna visit in Germany. WHy did he decide to play basketball instead once he was informed that his senior advisors & the secret service detail were allowed tgo accompany him but photogrpahers were not?

It had nothing to do with photographers.

the plan called for reporters to stay behind at an airport terminal while Mr. Obama and one adviser met with the troops. Why? The Pentagon does not allow reporters and photographers inside Landstuhl.

For weeks, Mr. Obama had been planning to visit wounded troops in Germany, just as he did in Afghanistan last week and previously had done at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington.

He didn't bring the press to Walter Reed or to the green zone in Iraq when he visited the soldiers there.

Ummm..he didn't play basketball. That was a lie. Other than that, the lack of a 'photo-op' is spot on...
