They also do road courses. The Busch series is coming to Montreal to run on the F1 circuit here.

Agreed that can be boring. That's why I listen to the drivers and teams talking during the race. You learn why a driver is having trouble. You learn what a crew chief is going to do the car to fix the problem. You get an earfull if the fix doesn't work, and the driver comments --- hehehe.
You also can get an earfull when one driver gets totally PO'd at another --- "you tell that MF if he cuts me off again, I'll ............"
Once you get into the "loose in, tight off", etc., it becomes much more fascinating than just watching cars go around in circles.
