The sad face of Juanito shows a face that seems to be as soon as a smile. That is the semblante that has been reflecting for almost every day a year.

The Office of the judge advocate general of Justice in the State has given special attention to the case of the minor, offering in addition to personal supports, direction and spirit to affected and the its family.

Really really sad to read about the things that happens near you, and simply because you don't have such problems, decide to overlook. :shrug:
 
you know...i have never once heard anyone say that children should be raped and molested...everyone seems to agree that it is an abomination....so why does it happen to so many children? i used to know statistics but i prefer to not know now....so my question is...if everyone is in agreement that this is wrong...who is doing it? seems like a bit too many incidents to be written of as "some crazy people out there". kinda makes you think.

I beleive in teh death penalty for these people

if they are caught in the act, I beleive in an instant death penalty....but that is jsut me

I've heard that that's the way in Brazil, if you get caught in the act of murdering, they will break you there.

I'm sure Alladinsane will confirm or deny this.

"Everybody" is a very wide-rangeing term... 99.95% of the earth's population might understand something and it will be labeled "everybody knows...", but that still leaves .05% that don't get it or couldn't care less.

.05% of 6,000,000,000 people is still a lot of people. :( 30million, to be more specific.

now we educate, punish, and try to eradicated child molestation, and abuse.

that is something I'd like to give the future generations, a world where you can grow up happy, speak to strangers, and take candy from whomever you damn well please, I know it's not possible, but it would be great.

but it's only getting worse....or do you think that people are just more apt to report it now?

The latter. I think many crimes that supposedly have increased only appear so because they are now being reported in greater numbers, -- one benefit of a society that's grown more open and less ashamed to discuss formerly taboo subjects.

there is also the factor (in 1st world contries) that our society has less and less taboos (this is a good thing) but the downside is that these demented people have less self restraint. IMHO

Better education for children prior to abuses like these. Stronger laws with more teeth. Better psychological follow-ups for mollested children so that they don't grow into mollesters themselves. Increased funding for groups that investigate molestation cases.

...and prayer..lots of it

I agree with most of that, but I don't get that if you where molested you will be a molester.

I thought I would grow up to be a monster, due to people saying that, but I look into myself, and know I will never do something like that, I can't see it.
 
okay, so as a society we know that such acts are taboo...but when do we learn this? maybe that's the issue...maybe it's too late to try and teach some offenders that what they are doing is wrong. i think that was the case in my situation but there are so many other situations where you just know that the offendee knows they are commiting a crime....on a child...how can anyone of mental maturity do that to a child?
 
They are wired wrong, they know it is wrong, but they can't stop themselves.

If they can't stop themselves then it becomes societies responsibility to stop them, so far, we suck at it.

Look at Micheal Jackson, sleeping ins a bed with a child is wrong, if you are nto the parent (or close relative)

he doesn't see it as wrong (assuming he is innocent)
 
I am friend with a person who was molested as a child. The person in question was abused by the father of the family from the age of 2 all they way up to 12. I won't go into detail because of privacy issues. All i can say is that i want to personally eradicate every last trace of these vile perverts, this cancer on a fine society, the scum of the earth.

Death penalty.
