Weird left turns

Here in the UK, we have these wonderful things called "Roundabouts". :)

yeah :) they're removing normal intersections a lot here as well :)

but you guys drive on the left...i don't think my mind could handle that :retard:


like taking the roundabout the wrong way (which is right for us)
 
In Germany they have crazy ass intersections where like six directions all meet and the directions that one would normally think you could turn, YOU CAN'T! You make crazy hairpin turns to get onto like the only road out of the 6 you ar allowed to turn on :retard: glad I never had to drive there....
 
Roundabouts are cool, but only for small intersections. And then I prefer a simple stop.

The above picture is more intended for major intersections, where you have two or so dedicated lanes for left turns.
 
As for the first pic, that would make sense if you've ever driven in Saudi Arabia. Lines in the road are there, but following them is optional. ;)
 
It looks like a good place to hold a deathmatch... first guy off the black roof gets smacked by a car and dies.
