I was just saying what the 8th is there for. What else should I fucking say? I agree with you BUT the law limits itself. You can say your quote until you are blue in the face and again the law will be bound to the Constitution and I do not know how they do this but they somehow defined unusual. I think it is something like the crime and the punishment are equal.

Bullshit. If the punishment fit the crime, I'm betting we'd see a lot less crime.
 
I agree. But as was said it is the law doing this. Plus not everyone is deterred. There is a death penalty in most states but we still have murders. any ideas?
