I think its lifted from old reggae. It started out as 'change my pitch up' and then melded into the vocally near intentical smack my bitch up. That might be it... I'm a wee but fuzzy on it.

the original line was from the Ultramagnetic MCs wherein it went Smack my bitch up like a pimp. That one did mean the violent connotation. Prodigys song did not.
