Be careful when mixing Zebra Finches with cats. I USED to own two finches (male and female), but Seven killed them both in two sessions. Friggin cat jumped 5 1/2 feet straight up to catch the bottom of the cage and bring the works down...TWICE!
 
My folks have one of those Maroon Bellied Conure things (see A.B's piccy pose ^^^ ) What a noisy creation from hell it is :lloyd:

I did once voice that I was gonna put the thing in the microwave........but me mum started waving the frying pan in a threatening manner, in my general direction :erm:

Ahhh. One must always be wary of a woman waving kitchen equipment, mustn't one.

I still think you could sneak in a cat or 2.

you know its not a good sign when the parakeet your parents own refers to you as "bastard". makes you wonder what the folks say about you when yer not around. ;)

Nah (well they might I suppose) Bad Bastard was my lil' "nickname" for the bird (after it nearly bit me thumb)........so eventually the bleedin' thing started copying me :eh:
