I was having a conversation at work today and a question came about... How many sexual partners in what amount of time must a woman have to constitute her as a slut?

We all gave statistics on:
  1. How old were you when you gave up your virginity?
  2. How many boyfriends/girlfriends have you had since then?
  3. How many years has it been since you gave up your virginity?
  4. How many of those people were sexual partners?
  5. Does your current partner know all of this information?
I fully admitted to being a slut in my younger years before the questions started. I didn't want to give numbers because they just sound so bad. Most of my boyfriends were members of my ambulance corps, where guys and girls routinely dated each other because dating non-members was just so hard with the hours we kept. And non-EMS people just didn't understand the draw of it, or the obsession. Not an excuse of course, I just really enjoyed companionship and sex. Always safe sex, by the way.

Anyway, here are mine:

What about you? I'd be interested to see the comparison between men and women. Because, of course, a woman who has a lot of sex with different partners is a slut but a man who has a lot of sex with different partners is a stud, right? :D

Hard to answer those, they don't fit me life too well, but I'll call "friends" boyfriends/girlfriends to make things easier.

2. 5 (one I was living with then married to for 14 years, the rest are after him)

My problem with the questions as posed is that I've slept with girls who weren't girlfriends, and I've had girlfriends who I didn't sleep with.

you people actually keep track of this stuff? i always break out in a cold sweet when girls im with ask the "so how many have YOU slept with..." question. I have to like estimate based on how many years Ive been sexually active and that just pisses them off. Shit, I cant even remember what i had for dinner last Thursday...

mine's not hard, I've only been separated for two years. If I can't remember that far back I got more problems than who I did when :lloyd:

It's not the number that determines that - it's how retarded the people doing the "constituting" are. If they feel the need to define that at all then they're retards.

Poeple are putting up numbers like it means anything...well maybe except Gonz....what the hell dude? 11? Ambitious baby sitter?

a13 got it right. It is the person's level of intelligence and maturity, not their sexual history that should be taken into account.
