I just went up to the hospital to see the Cardiologist and they weighed me and I've lost 10kgs since I saw the surgeon in London on the 4th December. Only another 10kgs to go before I can have my operation.
I was beginning to get a bit disheartened and finding it difficult to keep going 'cos I can't weigh myself. I thought I'd maybe lost 5kgs but never expected to have lost 10. Actually it's 10.4 to be precise.
