Toppers? - everything you've done, they've done better
Know it alls? - experts in every field
Egomaniacs? - me, me, me 24/7
Trolls? - trouble-makers with a plan
Spammers? - Cialis anyone?
Other? - maybe I missed one or three. :)

Mostly know-it-alls! The worst thing is with these people, they'll argue with you about something they have no clue about and if you prove them wrong, they still think they were right. My ex brother in law was like that.

People who are materialistic as well make me sick.

I couldn't decide among the top 3, but went with the "know-it-all" because that sort of combines "toppers" and "egomanics" if you think about it really fast. LOL

I hate toppers, highly unlikely that they have done everything and better.

as for knowitalls, they might be anal about their knowledge, but as long as they are right, I appreciate the corrections. This of course does not include the ones that pretend to be knowitalls.

egomaniacs, i'm invulnerable to those, I just stop listening and that's it.
trolls, same as egomaniacs.
spammers, same as trolls.

I dont get along to well with Trolls on message boards. They just start shit and try to make online message boards hostile.

Hmm...I'll go with this...people who don't like an idea, and will go to outrageous examples in order to kill it, even if it's a good idea.

How about people who insist on changing what's not in need of change? Simply because they can.

I don't know, Prof. Some people take that to the point that nothing that works should be changed, regardless of whether or not the change would be an improvement (and of course differences of opinion about what constitutes improvement abound).

got it in one. Does improving things for one single person warrant changing things for everyone? Even if that change isn't detrimental to the others? How about if it is? How many people do things have to improve for, before making things worse for others is acceptable? And who decides?

Trolls. Not enough shit in your life? You just have to go and stir up more, and drag the rest of us in with you?

Posers and people who're jealous of what others have.
Being jealous of what someone else has isn't necessarily a bad thing. It can be annoying if the jealous person complains or whines about it. But the jealous person could use that to try to improve his or her own life.

Hypothetical: If I'm jealous of you because you have a nicer car than me because you earn more money, and I channel that into improving my own skills so I can earn more money and buy a nicer car like yours, that's a positive thing.

And when you fail? Or succeed, only to find that I have yet again improved and the distance between us remains constant despite all the work you've invested? Having done little or nothing evident on my part for said advancement?
