Dude, you know better. Legislating is, more often than not, a system of backscratching, pork barrel, self serving, photo op, doublespeak gibbertyflibbit. One bill in perhaps fifty reflects the will of the people at large. We could count the truly conscientious congress members on our fingers. It's party line hot air worse than any schoolground softball-team-choosing ritual in use today. 53% are afraid to oppose Bush because if they do they won't get re-elected. 45% oppose Bush no matter what the question is. The other 2% are off somewhere campaigning or playing golf with a lobbyist.

I'm thinkin' gay males just can't get over their gender.. so much so that they are attracted to those of their gender... It's probably a mindless fear of reaching out any further than their dick.. and a fear of dark holes... which be the classic fear of the unknown.. Plus.. say a little kid, in a nutcase religious home, always got caught playing doctor.. and always got seriously punished for it... "Don't you ever touch one of those evil things again!.. Now go to your room, and ponder on the fires of hell".. That might steer a kid to going gay...
