I know, right?
He played for his old company's band because they needed someone and he thought it would be fun...and maybe it was but I really believe that "the band" he was in with the troll kinda spoiled it for him. He hates the business and the BS. He doesn't consider himself a musician - just someone that is able to play what is in front of him.
On the odd occasion that he touches a piano he likes to play....is it the theme to Peanuts or some Joplin-esque piece? Anyway, not common fare for a metal band.

Did this turn into a formal eviction situation complete with notices, worrying if he'll trash the place and threats to have him physically removed? What a stressful situation and what a low life. I couldn't possibly live in someone elses house knowing full well they hated my guts and wanted me out in the worst way. Every roommate I've ever had has left owing me money. Never works....never will.

Nothing that drastic....I think. Rob spoke with him on several occasions and, I suppose, made it clear that he needed to go.
I gotta tell you guys, the damage is outrageous. I simply can't imagine treating a supposed friend's property like he did. The whole place needs to be overhauled. It's so bad that we took a quick look at it and said,
"Hmmm...let's just knock out the kitchen and livingroom first".

we take delivery of them on Friday! I plan on putting the sofa in the livingroom and the loveseat in the sitting room.
We also got a sofa table and a cocktail table but I could not find pics of those on the website. They will be delivered Dec 1st!

I wish I could relay the smell to you. There are times when it's been a mild day and the AC or heat hasn't kicked on all day but does the next and the smell will knock you down....and he wasn't allowed to smoke in the house since......October?
