Italian...nah. You've got to pay better attention to punctuation. If I was Italian, I'd be placing the 'eh" at the beggining of the sentence. (Ie. Eh! How you doin' ?)...we canandians put it at the end (Ie. How you doing, eh?)

la is "the"...la, le, les...are used in front of nous...la chien... (maybe it's le i dunno...depends on the gender of the word (not the gender of the dog specifically though))

it's there too...la with an accent grave on the 'a' is there... "mettez les tasses la"
