I'm not sure why anyone would speculate on something that hasn't even been proposed unless you wanted to fear monger or something.

I don't see where you get ALL options are on the table.
Cutting the size (number of people) in the government doesn't seem
to be anywhere on the table.
Repealing certain regulations, or laws don't seem to be there anywhere.

Looks like we're getting most of it back, the recession wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been, and they're currently working on finance reform to make sure it doesn't happen again.
