There is no habeas corpus for captured unlawful enemy combatants.

Now if most of them were unlawful enemy combatants. How many have been charged with a crime now?

Time for Congress to rescind the habeas-stripping provisions of the Military Commissions Act.

If they aren't uniformed regulars, the are enemy combatants which falls between the cracks. So nice o fthe terrorists to help that way, doncha think?

This looks interesting.

An unlawful combatant is someone who commits belligerent acts, but does not qualify under GCIII Articles 4 and 5.

I wonder if anybody truly understands this...
