Oh yea? Just wait till Prof gets here. Ok so he didn't get a fine but he was accused of being a public nuisance. But then again, that could have been for other reasons. lol

do we have one? ?( kidding, almost. I've almost memorized the American one because it is discussed so much but know very little of my own. It's essence is basically the same I think, We have the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, probably close to the same principles, no death penalties anywhere, provinces instead of states, and a Prime Minister who at this time is a jackass. He is a Quebecer but I don't think that is why he is a jackass, I think he just is.

language rights should be in there as well, as far as I know, all provinces have English as the only official language with the exceptions of Quebec which is solely French and New Brunswick which has both as official languages.
