I agree but at the same time other animals do not need said weapons adn tools and they survive. without them we are damn near the bottom

Since you put it that way, I'll say this. If you're so much against mankind being at the top of the chain, then why don't you just throw away all your modern conveniences, strip nekkid, and run wild in the woods for a while. Chances are that nothing will attempt to 'off' you except for another human, but at least you'll be doing your part to balance with nature. ;)

Also proving my point. Survival is better than not surviving. If you are not physically able to survive without tools, then your using tools is an adaption. Our tool use is a natural by-product of 2 things.

1. Human intelligence (generally speaking, of course)
2. Survival instinct (also generally speaking)

To say that it is deserved or not is to go against the very things you say you are supporting. Nature. ;)

That was what the last 10,000 years was for. We came out of the jungle. We left the plains & the valleys, we moved from caves & thatch huts. We made man go faster than a horse. We created day during night. We changed our personal and general environment to suit our wants. We made man fly thrice as high as an eagle could fly fly and more importantly allowed him to reach the ground in safety. We allowed man to leave the planet altogether. Also returning safely after picking rocks from the moon.

No matter what your personal beliefs may be, it is undeniable; man is the king of this rock.

There are news sources saying worse is to come. So what. How can I comment on what I haven't seen or hasn't been fully described? When I quote Drudge, it's from a credible source. Once the photo's are presented to the public a response shall be forthcoming. Never fear.
