Batton down the hatches

Funny thing is, I googled "batton down the hatches" and got bookoo hits....so I thought it was right.

I always say there's lots of information on the internet and probably 90% of it is wrong. :lol2:
 
Note to self: Never do laundry when it's raining heavy. My washer drain backed up into the laundry room last night :(

Same here, although it hit about 5:00. 45mph winds, thunder and lightning, you know, typical thunderstorm. Some young woman at the gym had a lovely panic attack when the power went out. If you're that scared of the weather, maybe you should stay home when it's going to storm. Wonder what she does when there's a severe one. :lloyd:
