sure. what paul said about this particular issue is right on as far as the spirit behind the constitution and having a truly american attitude toward things. those who disagree let their passions get in the way of principles.

e.g. Felons don't have the same rights under our current law system.
It also doesn't apply equally to non-citizens in most cases.
