Breast Exams?

Do you all (women) do self breast exams regularly?

Right booby has been hurting alittle, started to poke around alittle and not sure wether its a lump or what? Been awhile since I've been to OBGYN...I know, bad on my part, thinking maybe its time though.

i don't. i have fibrous breasts and i can't tell what's a lump and what isn't...but i have regular PAPs and doctor exams.

Make an appointment now. It's most likely absolutely nothing to be concerned about, but you know your own body best, and if your instincts have prompted you that there may be something up, listen to them, It's why we have em

fiberous breasts just mean that that the tissue has irregularities..so lumps are harder to detect.

Them too, but you need more of them. Say, double the intake.

If you're planning to double your intake, it might become one. Raw nipples aren't something to mess with.
